The Rest Revolution

Soundbath meditations

A frequency-based invitation to be still, listen, and return to self

A sound bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that uses intentional sound to support deep rest, awareness, and nervous system restoration.

Participants are “bathed” in waves of sound produced by overtone-emitting instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and the human voice. These carefully layered sounds invite your brain to slow down, shifting from the alert, problem-solving beta state into a more relaxed alpha or theta state — similar to deep meditation or the moments right before sleep.

Sound baths are not musical performances. They are therapeutic, trauma-sensitive experiences that support the body in doing what it naturally wants to do: regulate, release, and restore.

The experience often begins with participants lying down or seated comfortably with blankets and eye masks, then guided into awareness through breath. As sound unfolds in waves, participants are gently invited into stillness, presence, and a deeper state of consciousness.

It’s an opportunity to unplug from external noise, plug into your own inner frequency, and return home to yourself.
